Helping You Self-Publish
Jorlan Publishing is a writer resource and book publishing
company that helps you self-publish by providing
a variety
of professional services and useful resources essential to
writing, publishing, and marketing your books.
Our
Self-Publishing
Package includes all the basics you need to self-publish your
book: ISBN, LCCN, and bar code; choice of templates for full-color cover as
well as standard book design; and printer-ready PDF files. Prices start at
$375.
We also provide individual
author services such as custom book
design, editing, illustrating, and printing
to meet all of your publishing needs.
Two important questions you should always ask publishers:
Who owns the rights to your book? At JP, your rights belong to you, not to us.
Are printer-ready PDF files included with book design? At JP, yes. Some publishers call book design "set-up fees" ($395, $795, $$ whatever) and then hold the files (and you) hostage to their exorbitant printing rates (sometimes as high as $15 – $18 a copy). We don't call book design "set-up fees," we call it book design, and if you want to print elsewhere, you can.
When you publish your book with us:
you control the design, the retail price, etc.
you are essentially the author and the publisher — true self-publishing
you pay only for the services you want
Jorlan Publishing has the publishing expertise to help you
successfully self-publish. We provide
high-quality, professional results with
personal, friendly service.
