• Contact us (above) with a brief description of your book, and we will provide instructions for submitting the files electronically. Quotes, invoices, agreements, and payment options will be sent via email.

• Important Note: All manuscripts are subject to approval. No materials containing "adult" content, excessive violence, offensive language, or hate propaganda will be accepted for services ... please do not submit them. Jorlan Publishing reserves the right to decline any manuscript at its sole discretion. The author will receive a full refund of any prepaid fees should his/her manuscript be declined for whatever reason.
